Today no one tried to race me in Central Park, but someone running in loud plastic pants scared me out of my zone.  Those pants are so loud!

I actually have spent way too many days in plastic pants.  A gym I worked for required trainers to wear these along with a matching jacket.  I’m so short, I looked like I was wearing a blue hazmat suit minus the headgear.  (that’s not a joke, its the sad truth)

Anyhow, today I started my new 1/2 marathon training plan.  It needs some adjustments.  I think that cold last week took more out of me than I realized.

I highly recommend trying it before heading out into the cold for your next run.
