<p><strong><em>Update</em></strong>: If you don&#8217;t have hardwood floors, a frisbee or plastic lid works well in place of the towel.</p>
<p>What is this strong plank, I speak of so frequently?</p>
<ul>
<li>Hands press firmly into the floor as if your pushing the floor away from you with with all your might.</li>
<li>Legs are strong and active.  Thighs are contracted.</li>
<li>Imagine there is energy coming out of the crown of your head and the soles of your feet.</li>
<li>Belly is sucked in as if you are wearing a pair of jeans that just came out of the dryer and are one size too small.</li>
</ul>
