Boot Camp


A four week progressive boot camp class in Central Park.
Session Dates:
Summer II Class Schedule:
- Week 1 - Step it Up: Take it to the next level this week using just a yoga mat and a park bench.
- Week 2 - More for Your Core: Total body workout that focuses on balance and engaging your core muscles.
- Week 3 - On the Move: We will lunge, slide, skip and hop our way through various parts of Central Park
- Week 4 - Challenge Week: 100 push-ups, 100 jumping jacks, 100 minutes of plank, 100 squats
Details:
- Class size limited to 10 participants.
- Cost: $80 for the 4-week Session (via paypal)*
- Class Time: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
- Rain Policy: If it rains class we will meet indoors. A rain day will be called prior to 7:30 a.m. on the day of class.
