Boot Camp

A four week progressive boot camp class in Central Park.

Session Dates:

Summer II Class Schedule:

  • Week 1Step it Up: Take it to the next level this week using just a yoga mat and a park bench.
  • Week 2More for Your Core: Total body workout that focuses on balance and engaging your core muscles.
  • Week 3On the Move: We will lunge, slide, skip and hop our way through various parts of Central Park
  • Week 4Challenge Week: 100 push-ups, 100 jumping jacks, 100 minutes of plank, 100 squats

Details:

  • Class size limited to 10 participants.
  • Cost: $80 for the 4-week Session (via paypal)*
  • Class Time: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
  • Rain Policy: If it rains class we will meet indoors. A rain day will be called prior to 7:30 a.m. on the day of class.
  • Drop in rate available, please contact me for availability**
