Meet Fit Chick
Being fit is a way of life for me. I am a Personal Trainer and running coach living in NYC. I’ve been personal training for over 10 years and have a MS in Exercise Science and Health Promotion.
My goal is to share what I love with you. I became involved with the fitness industry after having experienced the health and emotional benefits of exercise. At an early age when nothing else seemed to make sense, running made sense. Feeling good about myself made sense. Running instead of yelling made sense. Running made everything better. If you can’t guess already, I love to run! I began running when I was 13. It changed my life.
Being fit isn’t about fitting into a wedding dress, a bikini or even about losing those last 5 pounds. Being fit is about changing the way you live your life. Its about having a fit mind and a fit body.
Exercise builds belief.
Exercise gives you wings.
Exercise allows you to breathe.
Exercise sets you free!
There are so many different workouts and fitness products available today that the options can seem overwhelming. I want to help you weed through the options and lead you to the best products and workouts. I know that not everyone loves fitness the way I do so this is where I really come in, my goal is to help you find out what works for you. Let me be your guide in working out the details to living the fit life.

Hi Kristine,
Thank you for the compliment! I use a widget called link within to add those buttons onto the end of a post.
