Faced with so many “to-dos” and super woman syndrome, we often want to do it all and do it all well.

Words that keep running through my mind as I start new work projects and decide which old ones to let go of are “you can’t be good at everything, but you can be great at some things.”

I’m trying to choose wisely to make sure that what I’m doing really counts. I want to be great at what I’m doing.

The same thing can be said for your workouts. Choose wisely and do the ones that lead you to your ultimate running goals.

    I’ve been trying to keep this in mind too! There’s so much I want to do, I’m constantly telling myself, “focus.. focus..”
