		<description><![CDATA[I always struggle with the long runs mentally. I&#039;m already stressed out about doing 8.5 miles this week!

For this week I have the following planned:
Monday - speedwork (done!)
Tuesday - Boot Camp
Wednesday - hills
Thursday - Boot Camp, Detox Yoga
Friday/Saturday/Sunday - 8.5 miles, yoga, and rest.]]></description>
