Say it, Do it! {On Target}
{If you’re new to SIDI here’s some info: At the beginning of each week on FCITC “Say it, Do it” is a chance for us to commit to our workouts for the week by saying them out loud here and keeping each other accountable.}
After last week, I’m feeling accomplished! I completed every one of the workouts I committed to doing. Most weeks I struggle to complete them all, but last week they just fell into place.
What helped me to stick with my workouts is that most of them were commitments I couldn’t break. I made run date plans for Friday evening because I knew I simply couldn’t get it done on my own.
Here are my workout commitments for this week:
- Monday: Pt exercises/ Spin
- Tuesday: 5 mile run/ core workout
- Wednesday: 4 mile run/PT Exercises
- Thursday: Rest
- Friday: 5 mile run
- Saturday: TBA
- Sunday: 10 mile run
How do you feel about your workouts from last week? And of course leave your workout commitments for the week in the comments below!

It’s gonna be a busy and rainy week here, so I’m planning indoor workouts I can do in 45 minutes or less. Here’s my plan.
Monday: Jillian Michael’s Yoga Meltdown DVD workout
Tuesday: Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred DVD workout
Wednesday: Ruah Movement Warrior DVD workout
Thursday: Jillian Michael’s No More Trouble Zones DVD workout
Friday: Piloxing class at the gym
Saturday: Teaching our oldest to ride his bike, which means lots of running for me
Sunday: Taking the kids swimming so I’ll swim laps during the 10 min rest periods for my workout
Woo! I love that feeling of accomplishment! Keep up the great work! This week, I’ve got planned:
Monday – speedwork, done!
Tuesday – Boot Camp
Wednesday – Boot Camp
Thursday – Boot Camp
Friday – Boot Camp
Saturday – yoga
Sunday – rest, maybe yoga if work permits
love the SIDI challenge!
Monday: refine class
Tuesday: PT exercises
Wednesday: core fusion barre class
Thusday: refine class
Friday: refine class
Saturday: rest
Sunday: 2 mi. run/gym
What time are you running on Friday and Sunday? I am in town this weekend and could probably seriously benefit from a run with you.
I’m not sure yet. Probably pretty early on Saturday morning as I have a workshop that starts at 9am. What time are you free on Friday?
Been a bit behind lately BUT doing my stuff like normal & mixing it up! Hope you are staying healthy!
