Most likely you know that Physique 57 is my current non-running workout of choice. I’ve been back at the studio for the last few weeks and am loving every challenging minute of every class.

Ohhhh yes I love this too. Physique is such a wonderful workout, isn’t it? I haven’t been to the studio (live nowhere near one) BUT it’s one of my fav at-home workouts
