If you haven’t added in the pretzel to your strength/core training routine, try this sequence. This was originally posted on The Daily and features Physique 57!

Most likely you know that Physique 57 is my current non-running workout of choice. I’ve been back at the studio for the last few weeks and am loving every challenging minute of every class.

    Ohhhh yes I love this too. Physique is such a wonderful workout, isn’t it? I haven’t been to the studio (live nowhere near one) BUT it’s one of my fav at-home workouts :) <3 And the pretzel. oooooh weeee!

    It took me a while to get the hang of the pretzel. I felt amazing the first time I actually did it properly!
