It’s happened.

I’ve reached surpassed my normal winter weight. I’m acknowledging it out loud. I’m not making a big deal about it. I’m just going to do something about it!

I’m going to drink less wine.

I’m going to eat fewer brownies.

I’m going to stop making so many excuses!

I’m going to rock out at the gym to this playlist:

    Can totally relate. Was at my goal wait as of my wedding. Post wedding + winter = no bueno. Up by 10 and not moving. Totally need to cut out all the extra snacking and hard ciders. And no more excuses!! Spring is soon, which means summer is not far!

    thanks for the great mix! i downloaded several of the songs – they will be a great boost in my morning run. i hear you, though – valentine’s day was a curve ball!
