Love Weights {Core Workout}

One week from today is the holiday some of us love while the others loathe. Valentines Day, is a day to celebrate those we love. Why not kick off the season with a little love that goes straight to the core of it all… you can’t love someone else if you don’t first love yourself.

Since we here at FCITC love taking care of ourselves by building strong core muscles to support us in all of our active pursuits, I created a “Love Weights Core Workout”.

Why “love weights”? Well because we love pursing our fitness goals even if it means waiting longer than anticipated to achieve them due to set-backs or life obligations. No matter how long we wait we do it because we LOVE it!

    Nice! I love how simple and effective this looks. Definitely one to file away for when I travel! My living room is smaller! hahaha! I win! Wait…

      Ha ha! Too funny! If I were an inch taller I wouldn’t have been able to do that workout in my living room!
