Hilarious Video
2012 January 5
I’ve been at home sick all week, which means no workouts, lots of complaining and taking my first round of antibiotics in at least 15 years (and maybe since high school). Since I’m loads of fun right now, I thought I’d share this fun video that Kara Goucher posted on her facebook wall yesterday.
Being as my workouts are a wash this week, tell me how are your workouts going this week? Have you been out running in the cold weather or been braving the crowded gym?

OH NO!!! Feel better soon!! Loved the video though! Workouts went good but I am so ready for my rest days!
Starting tomorrow!!!
Enjoy your rest days!
Ugh…being sick isn’t any fun. Hope you fell better soon. Thanks for sharing a laugh.
I’m not the marathoning type and I may be saying “Thank You Rob Thomas” after my next hard workout.
Ha ha!
I’m stuck at home sick, also. Even though it sucks to be missing my workouts for the first week of the year, I’m trying to rest up so that I can be 100% as soon as possible. And naps are pretty awesome…
Feel better!
that video is so great so funny!
Yuck – feel better! Wishing you good health soon! I have definitely been going to the gym – seeing as how I want to go to every dance class at Crunch, I have plenty to keep me busy without going outside! I did a Monday outside run, and plan to do the same Saturday/Sunday. Just can’t run outside in 19 degrees!
I for sure pegged you as an all weather outdoor runner!
Hehe. I saw this when she posted it too – hilarious!! LOL.
Hope you feel better soon!! I can’t imagine how stir-crazy you must be going!
No gym or outside for me – thankfully we have a treadmill so I haven’t had to deal with the cold or the crowds this week (just my own laziness!)
Ahahha that’s hysterical! That’s a local improv place that created it. It’s actually the Boston finish line he crosses at the end. (They keep it up all year!)
I hope you feel better!
I thought that was the Boston finish line!
Feel better! Get lot’s of rest and drink lots of fluid (bone broth chicken noodle does magic)…
That video is hilarious! I totally get the second wind. Yes!
I have been braving the gym but taking the time to try out new classes since well the machines are packed even at Equinox. I took Deep Extreme this week which I have to say I am still feeling it in my body two days later.
That sounds intense!
I loved this video – thank you for sharing it & I hope you feel better soon!
