Time Crunched Workout {Meet Amanda}

Tell me, how crazy busy has your week been?
Luckily, I haven’t missed too many workouts being as it is a job requirement and all. My weekend is jammed packed and I’m focused on quick and effective workouts.
This week’s time crunched workout comes from Amanda Russell. I met her at a tea last week and have since had a chance to check out her amazing YouTube channel (I highly suggest subscribing).
If you haven’t met Amanda, she’s the winner of YouTube’s Next Trainer program and a certified personal trainer. Her videos rock! I could only dream of having videos that look this good. Her workout videos are everything I believe in when it comes to working out. They include simple moves, require little to no equipment and you get a lot of bang for your buck.
