Class Description:“This high intensity, exhilarating, workout burns hundreds of calories, builds core strength, while mentally conditioning you to optimize your energy, confidence and creativity.

Favorite things about the class:

  1. Community of support! You may be sweating it out and feeling the burn yet you feel inspired to keep going. It’s all about high fives and really pushing ourselves beyond what feels comfortable into the challenge.
  2. Instructor Erin who challenges us to sweat it out yet she provides this guidance and inspiration. She shares with us how we can apply what we are learning in the class into our day to day life.
  3. I have been able to meet my goals. In this class I set out goals regarding my body and taking fearless actions. With this group I received the support in making them happen and being open for more!

Least favorite things about the class:

Honestly about the class itself I wouldn’t change a bit. I love the content and the people and what I get out from participating.

Overall class rating: 5 0ut of 5 stars

Additional Comments: The class is a hour cardio (kickboxing/dancing infused) with spurts of High Impact Interval Training while shouting out affirmations. It is similar to IntenSati workout yet there is more sweat and more HIIT. After 45-50 minutes of jumping around, doing plyometrics, dancing and throwing punches, we then move to stretching and a much needed meditation.

This is the type of workshop that provides your the accountability of working with a group in helping you meet your goals while still sweating it out.

Great review, Laura! I have been going this month and I love it. It’s so different than any other form of exercise I have ever done. I go more for the positivity than the workout. To me the workout is just a bonus.

I took Erin’s class for a while (I just recently moved out of the city), but it was definitely a transformational experience… and it’s one of the biggest things I miss about not being in NYC. Take advantage of this awesome class! It’s so much more than a workout, and you leave with this wonderful sense of community, energy, and a high – ready to take on the world.

I’ve been taking this class with Erin for 2 years and it has totally changed my outlook on life – I’m more motivated, positive, and believe I really can achieve my dreams. It helped me boost my fitness level and I ran my first race ever last year. Can’t say enough good stuff about this class and the community it creates.
