Overall class rating: 5 0ut of 5 stars
Additional Comments: This class is a combination of cardio and strength training. Exercises range from push ups and lunges, to bear crawls and crab crawls, to piggy back rides and wheel barrow drills, etc. We sprint up hills, run up and down stairs, and walk around a track with a gallon of water over our heads. Every class is different, and it’s impossible to predict what we will do next. The only equipment we use outside of our own body weight is a gallon of water or a 15lb weight. We also use park benches or swing sets for certain exercises.
Even though Stacy has a large group of bootcampers, she still provides individualized attention and takes great care in promoting proper technique and posture. She’s also amazing at remembering everyone’s name! It doesn’t take long to feel the results as long as you put in the work. My body feels tighter, my confidence boosted. I have recommended so many friends/co-workers to this class.
