Additional Comments: A one hour boot camp class, 3 times a week, and in 3 week increments. We meet outside of Central Park every morning and go to a different areas in the park each sessions. No two classes are the same, there is always a wide variety of activity so it never gets boring. Examples of some of the exercises include: squats, lunches, burpees, bear crawl, push-ups, dips etc. We do a balance of weights and cardio. The only equipment required is a gallon of water = 8 pounds.
It is a fantastic class and an amazing workout. People workout to get results, and if you take this class, you will see results. It is challenging and fun. Stacy has several repeat customers who have been taking this class for years or months, this is a testament to the success of the class. I have always been an athletic person and have tried many many forms of exercise and many different classes, this is by far the best I have ever taken. Additionally, Stacy makes herself available after class and is always open for questions, concerns, or whatever extra help you may need. I strong recommend this class!!
