Class Description: “Is an easy to follow, fun, flowing, non-impact (absorbing 80% of the shock) cardio workout on mini-trampolines” (from the Club H website).

Favorite things about the class:

  1. Blake (the instructor)
  2. low impact
  3. gets your hart rate up

Least favorite things about the class:

  1. The time it is offered
  2. Can be very crowded

Overall class rating: 5 0ut of 5 stars

Additional Comments: A rocking and jumping great time. I love the high energy with the low impact.
