You asked for it and here it is: Three exercises to shape and your booty! As always on FCITC these three moves require no equipment, but deliver a big punch.

I’m excited to introduce you to Suzanne Bowen creator of BarreAmped and owner of Seren Motus Fitness in Franklin, TN. She has created this video just for us!

    I clipped an exercise routine form Clean Eating Magazine that was very similar to this. I tried it the other day and believe it or not I was SORE the next day!! So…this type of workout really works.

    The ‘pulsing on one leg’ move is a real killer. I wish I had known about this studio when I was last in Nashville.

    Thx Jess. I love to have little extra things I can do at home while I am watching the news or something else & at my age, the booty is falling! ;-)
