You guys have heard me gush on and on about how much I love the Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls.

I really can’t say enough about them. In just a few weeks they are really helping relieve a few of my minor aches and pains. Specifically, my symptoms of plantar fasciitis seem to be fading.

Well guess what?? The lovely people at Yoga Tune Up® have agreed to give away a set of Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls to one lucky reader.

#2 You can tweet about the giveaway. You can follow my twitter here. Please include @fitchicknyc in the tweet saying you saw the giveaway on my blog and that you could use some therapy of your own (only kidding). ;)

You have until Thursday, April 1st to enter the contest. The winner will be posted on Friday, April 2nd.
