Another Jessica I’ll be paying attention to next week is Jessica Simpson. While I know a lot of people are not a fan of hers, I am. Perhaps I feel connected to her because she grew up in a southern christian/conservative household like I did. Or maybe there’s just something in a name.
Whatever the draw I know that I’ll be watching her latest project The Price of Beauty this upcoming Monday night. She’ll be traveling the world to discover what different cultures consider beautiful and what women will do to achieve that ideal.
Will you be watching? I think I could stand to learn a thing or two from this series.
After all they do say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

First off, I just love you. Second, we seriously are soul mates because I LOVE Jessica Simpson. I have loved her for years, before she was married to Nick, through the Newlywed years (I have the DVDs) and now. While the reasons I have loved her through the years have changed, I just think she is a wonderful person.

I have not heard of this show but no surprise cuz my hubs and I do not have cable. We used to totally watch the newlyweds years ago and I love her music now-even the country stuff.
It looks like a good one to catch considering everyone is so critical of her.

At first when I heard she was going to get her own reality show, I laughed… but when I saw the preview, I was interested in it so yup I will be watching too
I’m not a fan of hers at all. I used to like her in her early days and even when she was a total ditz on the Newlyweds. But I really think she’s a huge sell-out. So, nah, I don’t think I’ll watch.

I think the media portrays her as an idiot, which isn’t fair. I need to give her another chance!
I’ve had mixed feelings about Jessica over the years- I kind of think she purposely acted dumb to get attention during her younger years and I don’t have a lot of respect for that. But it seems like she has matured a lot and this seems like a really good show idea.
Although I’m not a Jessica Simpson fan…I probably will be watching that show. It’s a cool concept!
