Great stretches! I have had a very UN-happy low back lately so I’ll definitely be doing these before bed tonight!
I literally stretch my back every 5-10 minutes…I have gotten addicted to back-stretching!

Picking up and carrying a twenty pound baby has done a number on my back. Yoga has helped, but I need to do more.
oh good ideas! love the stretching. my back is always tight though I believe it is related to tight hamstrings…..
