    Nice video Jess! I think I do push-ups right, but I need to get the breathing down. I still haven’t mastered that part. Shouldn’t that be the easiest?! I’m strange.

      Hey Gina,

      For your breathing, you inhale on the down part of the push-up and exhale as you press up from the floor. I like to tell people to imagine your exhale breath sending you up. A rule of thumb is to inhale on the easy part of every exercise and exhale on the hard part.

    Great video! I’m currently doing the push up challenge so I’m definitely going to incorporate this move into my routine. Similar to Gina I have trouble remembering to breathe while doing push ups, I’ve gotten a lot better at doing it though and it’s amazing how much it helps!!
