Love the One You’re With

My good friend Stacey couldn’t be with the one she loved today (her husband is traveling). Therefore, I was the fortunate soul who got to be her Valentine.

Until recently we would run and bike together before sunrise on a regular basis.  Now that our schedules have changed we don’t see each other as often as we’d like.

Here we are dancing at her wedding a few summers ago:n697400695_3566331_4269.jpg

We are two girls who love working out as much as we love cupcakes. Our craziness of working out at 5 am in the middle of January is balanced by the occasional “Cupcake Run”, “Cupcake Hike” or “Cupcake Ride”. Feeling adventurous today we expanded into the world of “Cupcake Yoga“.

We met up for a yoga class on the UES and then headed to Crumbs for lunch (yes people I said lunch).

“Cupcake Yoga” did not disappoint. I wonder if there’s a Sanskrit word for cupcake?

I hope your Valentines Day is just as good as mine!  XOXO

What a great friend you are! I would hope one of my friends would do the same if Nick was gone. Although in reality, I didn’t do anything special yesterday, because we celebrated on Friday. Those cupcakes look SO GOOD! We have yet to get any really cool cupcakes shops here in Columbus, but I’m sure they are coming! I can’t wiat. I hope they have wheat free :) haha, who am I kidding.
