She’s Back!
Just when leg warmers are making a comeback so is the Aerobics Queen of the 80′s. Yep, that’s right Jane Fonda is reportedly making a new fitness video that will be released in 2011. I couldn’t be more excited.
Clearly, she saw my “Jane Fonda” workout and found a little inspiration in reviving her career as a fitness guru.
Why am I so excited? I’m excited because this video is being made for the Baby Boomer generation, my parents generation. I don’t know that they will be interested in her video (they weren’t the first time) but I’m hoping that they will be inspired by seeing a fitness product created for them.
Let’s face it 30 day shred and Booty Box fitness will never inspire my parents to workout.

I have a really good Jane Fonda ab exercise.
You stand with your feet apart and with 2 dumbells in your hands hold them at your stomach. Then push one arm out forward and to the side while pushing the other one right down between your legs. Then switch.
