New Year
Its officially a new year for me (aka my birthday)! I started my day of with a one hour spin class and hope to get in a nice long yoga session before the day is over. Yoga is my favorite way to meditate and regroup for the year to come.
In honor of my new year, I’m giving away a free subscription to Women’s Health Magazine.
