Go With the Flow
Avoid having a Mini Holiday Meltdown this weekend by remembering to take some time to breathe and refocus. The holidays are an amazing time, but can also be a stressful time. Sometimes its easy to get caught up in the drama of the season and forget about the important things. For me the best way to refocus is to zone out or sweat for a few minutes. If I don’t have time to go for a run, my favorite thing to do is turn on my Yoga Playlist and just breathe and flow.

No matter how stressed out I am, this always helps.
I’ve finished wrapping the Husband’s gifts and we’re about to head out to play tourist a little more. Before heading out I had this lovely pumpkin spice smoothie, to deter me from eating cupcakes.

- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cups Pumpkin Puree
- 1 T peanut butter
- 1 small banana
- 3 cups of raw spinach
- generous amounts of pumpkin pie spice
Thrown all in the blender until blended. Tastes just like pumpkin pie! Yum!
Happy Christmas Eve!

GREAT MUSIC!
Happy THURSDAY!

How interesting a pumpkin spice smoothie that is green! I had to read the name twice to make sure I saw it right! Enjoy your evening and your Christmas!
Oh yeah, love the smoothie/”martini”
It’s a nice little sweet treat, that has health benefits, which is perfect! Thanks for the reminder to breath, and try to relax around this time. You would think it’s a no brainer, but holidays can be stresful!
LOVE this playlist! Deva P’s Gayatari Mantra being track 1 = perfect. I always always have her stuff cued up on my yoga mixes. Love this!
I am always on the hunt for what people want, like, enjoy during class. I always play some traditional yoga music, some Enya-type stuff, a Top 40 fast/pop hit for mid way thru, and then wind down with savasana music but I love hearing what students want; this is a great glimpse, thank you!!!!!
