Mini Holiday Meltdown

Sorry for the delay in getting the next Mini Workout posted.  Naturally when I finished this last night Youtube decided to go down for  a little maintenance.  Anyhow, my cough has turned into a cold.  You may notice my mouth moving during the video when there isn’t any sound.  Its just me trying to breathe . ;)

I hope you enjoy the workout!

How do you make such great videos?! I need to get some tips from you, as my boss and I want to start creating some U-tube videos for our business. This video is so good! Thanks for the good recommendations, and I hope you feel better.

Thank you, Gina!! I’m working on my video skills. The first few were horrible. I use imovie and a flip camera. imovie is pretty simple to use if you have the patience to try and figure it out. They also offer free classes at the Mac store, but I haven’t made it to one yet.

Yay I just got to see it! I love this workout and it’s nice to know I am not the only one who runs up and down my stairs…my neigbors always peak out to see what I am doing.
