The countdown to vacation has begun! I have three more days of work, the NYC Food & Wine Festival, a visit from my dad and then we head to Napa on Monday. If anyone has any recommendations on things I “must do” in Napa, please let me know.

Today’s trivia question is about ME. I thought this would be a fun way for you guys to get to know me better. Plus unless you’re friends with the Husband, you can’t cheat (Alison just kidding ;) ).

Question: At what temperature do I start wearing long sleeves on my runs?

Hint #1
I grew up running inĀ Tennessee but…

Hint #2
I’ve lived in NYC for almost 9 nine years.

I’ll be back tonight with the answer. I almost forgot, next weeks trivia question will have a prize!!!!!

Napa…seek out pumpkin risotto. I have no idea where I ate it, except it was in Napa about 8 years ago and I still remember every amazing bite. Pretty helpful, huh?

My parents live in Knoxville…where did you live?

Ok, I’m going to throw out a wild guess and say 62 degrees. Am I close?

Hmm…growing up in Tennessee you are used to being hot..so I would say you start wearing long sleeves when it reaches 45 degrees!

okay you made me convert this from celsius but here’s my guess 59 degrees

I was just thinking about this earlier today. It’s non-stop rain her in Texas and I would like to run outside. The rain will stop but the cool temps ar coming. I would guess below 60

Woo prizes! That’s so exciting for next week :)

Hmmm, could definitely be a toss up. As a native New Englander, I have a very skewed idea of what “cold” is. I’m going to say NYC has made your blood a little less thin and say 50 degrees. It’s cold today here!

I grew up in MN and IL and now live in AZ. It was 74F last nite on my 5 mile power walk and I wore long sleeves. I think decades of cold weather scarred me for life and now anything below 75F I am cold LOL

Averie, I was just like you before I moved to the NE. In high school I wore tights for track meets when it was 70 degrees!

I’m going to agree with Courtney, somewhere in the 40′s?

I love all of the slices of NYC in the background of that photo: NYPD, Yellow Cab. I miss the city!
