Tuesday Trivia
2009 September 29
Fitness is a relatively new career field. When my parents were young no one went into the fitness field, unless they were going to teach P.E. or become a high school/college coach. When I went back to grad school to get a MS in Exercise Science, I don’t even think they understood what I was doing.
While choosing a career in the fitness industry is a modern concept, living a fit life is not. Hippocrates wrote ” that which is used develops, and that which is not used wastes away.”

Arnold Schwartzenager(sp)?
I’m going to pump ((((clap clap)))) you UP! Arnold Schwarzenegger

Girl, there are so many runs that I just tell myself, dig down deep, you birthed a child without drugs, you can finish this next couple miles and you’ll be home where you can go eat some yummy food, take a hot shower, and in an hour looking back on it, you’ll be sooo glad you finished strong. And it does the trick
