Last Dance, Last Chance
Its almost Friday!!!! Can I get a Woot woot!!! Friday at the gym means its time for me to teach my “Last Chance Workout” class. The class is only 30 minutes therefore, I want to make sure that the participants curse think of me when they roll out of bed on Saturday morning.
The workout will utilize the spin bikes, towels and a mat. If you don’t have a spin bike available remember you can adapt the cardio portions of the workout to any type of cardio equipment. Here’s the workout:
- Workout level is based on a scale of 1-10 with 10 representing an effort you can maintain for 10 seconds and 5 being an effort you can maintain for an hour.
- By now you’re familiar with the towel moves I’m referring to, and yes I do them with actual classes. The only difference is we use small gym towels and not kitchen towels.
- If your not sure what a plyometric squat or a burpee is, now you do!

I totally want to do this, I find these work outs so much “easier” though when I’ve got someone telling me what to do as I go! Or even with a friend/other people in a class, some how that makes it more fun and easier to keep going.

I really need to boost my workouts. I workout five times a week, but they are becoming less and less intense each day! Your workouts you post are inspiring me to get back on the wagon!!
That sounds like a great workout. I love Burpees! Jillian does them in her Boost Your Metabolism. I am not sure how my downstairs neighbor feels about them lol
