Would you like to avoid a stinky pile…

of clothes?  At least two loads per week are dedicated to stink busting.  I don’t know about you, but I’m super busy this fall and would like to reduce my household chores.

Post workout I head straight to the kitchen for a snack shower.  Here’s how you can minimize the amount of laundry you’re doing each week due to your fit lifestyle.

1.  Before you get undressed, fill the sink up with a liquid detergent of choice (I choose WIN for workout clothes).
2.  Get Naked!
3.  When the sink is almost full place the stink bomb dirty clothes in the sink and put your   dirty self in the shower.
4.  Get out of shower and take clothes out of sink.
5.  Hang clothes to dry.

Not only is this an effective way to avoid stinking up your house, but it also insures that your workout gear is always waiting for you when you wake up the next day for your early morning workout.  You don’t think, you just do.  The next morning you roll out of bed, walk into the bathroom, and put your workout clothes on.  If you don’t workout in the morning then your gear is ready to toss in your bag for your afternoon sweat sesh at the gym.  Try it, it works.

    FANTASTIC idea!! So clever. I go straight to the kitchen after a big workout too :) yeah…I mean the shower.

    Good luck de-stinking! I am not just saying this, but I can run 10 miles and not stink. Why is that? Maybe the raw vegan thing? But before that I am just not a stinker :) But don’t think I get off easy without doing mega laundry…I have a toddler therefore it just goes on and on and on…..Thx for swinging by my bloggie today :)

    I’m so into this idea. More for my bf’s workout clothes than mine – he does hot yoga . . . and that is one horrible stink bomb!
