Best use of a Kitchen Towel: Part II

2009 August 29

Its a lazy, rainy Saturday here in NYC. The rain has given me a good excuse to stay inside for most of the day. Since my A.M. bike ride was rained out, I rode the trainer today.  The Hubby use to be an avid cyclist He needed this to train during the winter months.  Now, I’m the lucky one who gets to ride my road bike indoors.

It seems I’m an expert spaminator cause comments are getting blocked left and right on my blog.  I had 12 comments blocked just yesterday.  I need to remedy this issue, cause I really love, love, love reading all of your comments and I don’t want to miss a word that you have to say.  I hope to have this figured out soon.

Without further ado, I present to you… Best Use of a Kitchen Towel: Part II A Call to Arms.  Remember, if you have carpeted floors you can use a frisbee or a plastic lid in place of the kitchen towel.

Enjoy the rest of your Saturday!

This is awesome! Thanks for the video/moves.

Sidenote – your floors are so clean. This just gave me a really good idea for how to clean my floor AND get my upper body moves in at the same time. Amazing!

Haha, yes, the towels come in handy for more than dishes sometimes!
I love the bike riding indoors. When I was young my parents used to do that all the time and I just think it’s so neat. Whoever invented that contraption was a genius because it’s the only way you can really practice on your own outdoor bike, while inside, so smart!

OK so based on your smile it leads me to believe you LIKE riding the trainer?? Ugh I do NOT. It is my last resort and used only in the winter. Maybe I just need a better trainer, mine is a simple one with no snazzy features. I get so HOT though!

You make the sliding push up look so easy! Another fun video, loved it!

On a normal day, I strongly dislike the trainer. Yesterday, I was greatly appreciating the fact that I could still ride despite the falling rain.
